Thick ceramic walls hold heat and moisture, so the same cooker will grill hot and fast, then settle in low for a long smoke. Per Primo, the Oval XL offers 400 square inches of primary cooking surface, and optional racks expand that further when you need room for a larger cook.
Stainless steel split reversible cooking grates, a cast iron firebox, adjustable top and bottom vents for temperature control, and air-lift hinges for easy lid movement round out the build. Choose the standard head, the All-In-One configuration, or the Jack Daniel's Edition, and add a cradle, cart, or table base to suit your space.
