Shipping Policy

The Therapeutic Patio is a brand and online store owned and operated by Olde English Stores LLC, a U.S.-based e-commerce retailer registered in Louisiana. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased through thetherapeuticpatio.com.

 

1. Shipping Destinations

       We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

       We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

       All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address in the lower 48 states at checkout.

 

2. Shipping Costs

       Standard shipping is FREE on all orders to the lower 48 states.

       All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

       For large freight items (saunas, fire pits, outdoor kitchens), free shipping applies to curbside delivery. Additional fees may apply for inside delivery, lift gate service, or white-glove installation services if requested.

 

3. Order Processing Time

       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

       Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day.

       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

       You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Because many of our products are made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery timelines vary by product. Please review the following estimates:

In-Stock Items

       Handling time: 1–2 business days

       Transit time: 2–7 business days

       Estimated total: 3–9 business days from order date

Made-to-Order or Out-of-Stock Items

       Handling time: 2–4 weeks

       Transit time: 2–7 business days after shipment

       Estimated total: 2–5 weeks from order date

Freight Items (Saunas, Fire Pits, Outdoor Kitchens)

       Large items ship via freight carrier and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

       The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

       Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the shipment.

Note: All delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or supply chain issues. 5. Shipping Carriers

       We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order.

       Large items such as saunas, fire pits, fire bowls, grills, and outdoor kitchen structures ship via freight carrier (such as Estes Express, XPO Logistics, or similar).

       The specific carrier for your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

       All shipments include tracking information provided via email once your order ships.

 

6. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier name, and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.

If you have not received tracking information within 3–5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@thetherapeuticpatio.com or (225) 535-3580.

 

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

       If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@thetherapeuticpatio.com or (225) 535-3580 and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

       If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please verify your shipping address, check with neighbors or building management, and contact us within 3 days so we can file a claim with the carrier.

7.2 Damaged Packages

       Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery, especially freight deliveries. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing.

       Report any damage within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@thetherapeuticpatio.com with photos of the damaged packaging and item.

       Damage reported after 3 days may not be eligible for a carrier claim. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7.3 Missing Items

       If any items are missing from your shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item(s).

       We will investigate and resolve promptly by sending the missing item or issuing a refund.

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

       Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

       If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@thetherapeuticpatio.com or (225) 535-3580. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

       If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

       For freight items, address changes after shipment may incur change-of-address fees from the carrier. See our Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy for specific fee schedules.

 

9. Freight Delivery — Important Instructions

Many of our larger products (saunas, fire pits, grills, outdoor kitchen structures) ship via freight. Please read the following carefully before your freight delivery:

       The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure your contact information at checkout is accurate.

       Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.

       Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the shipment carefully for visible damage. If damage is found, note it clearly on the bill of lading before signing.

       Do not refuse a delivery due to damaged packaging alone unless the product itself is clearly destroyed. Minor packaging damage does not always indicate product damage.

10. Returns and Refunds

       Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition.

       Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

       Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

11. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
