The Therapeutic Patio is a brand and online store owned and operated by Olde English Stores LLC, a U.S.-based e-commerce retailer registered in Louisiana.
1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions govern the payment obligations and processes between Olde English Stores LLC and you, the customer. By purchasing products through thetherapeuticpatio.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Pricing
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of any applicable discounts but exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal
Payment is due in full at checkout. We do not offer payment plans or deferred billing at this time.
4. Payment Processing and Security
• All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• All transactions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
• Our payment processors are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
5. Taxes
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, based on your shipping address and applicable state law.
• If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of purchase. Contact us at support@thetherapeuticpatio.com before placing your order.
6. Disputed Charges
• If you dispute any charge, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the transaction date.
• Send disputes to support@thetherapeuticpatio.com and include your order number and a description of the dispute.
• We will investigate and respond promptly. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as most issues can be resolved quickly.
7. Billing Errors
• If we discover a billing error, we will correct it promptly and notify you.
• If you have been overcharged, we will refund or credit the overcharged amount to your original payment method.
• If you have been undercharged due to a pricing error, we will contact you before collecting any additional amount.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
9. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
We do not currently offer subscription-based products or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions. If we introduce subscription products in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
10. Limitation of Liability
• Olde English Stores LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these billing terms.
• Our maximum liability for any billing-related claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Billing Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising under these terms will be brought in the appropriate courts located in Louisiana.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
