The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E790i is a 36-inch built-in gas grill engineered for a permanent outdoor kitchen. Three quarter-inch-thick cast 304 stainless steel E-burners sit beneath patented Diamond Sear cooking grids, and a recessed infrared rotisserie backburner with a full kit is included rather than added on.
The digital under-glass thermometer adds a touchscreen readout with a meat probe and Bluetooth or Wi-Fi monitoring, so you can watch temperature from your phone. A double-walled 304 stainless hood opens to a full 90 degrees on a spring assist, and two angled halogen lights carry cooking into the evening.
Per Fire Magic, the three main burners produce 96,000 BTU and the infrared backburner adds 13,000 BTU. Hot-surface ignition with a flash-tube backup lights each of the three independent burner zones. An optional Magic View Window and a left-side infrared sear burner are available.
Ideal for: a fixed outdoor-kitchen island with a 37-inch cutout, a hard-piped gas line, and a grounded 120V outlet within reach.
