The Fire Magic Contemporary 115-inch Pre-Fab Island turns a large patio into a complete outdoor kitchen. Its glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) body pairs a textured Smoke base with a polished black lava counter for a clean, modern look built for the outdoors.
This is a bundle built around a 36-inch Fire Magic grill, which is sold separately. The shell is cut for an Echelon E790i or Aurora A790 built-in grill, with a second cutout sized for a Fire Magic power burner. Per Fire Magic, the GFRC combines alkali-resistant glass fiber with an acrylic polymer so the structure flexes rather than cracks.
The island arrives ready to finish out. A 4.2 cubic foot outdoor refrigerator with a keyed lock, a double-access door bay, a vertical single-access door, and a stainless steel double timer box are all included. Two outlet boxes are pre-located inside the shell for a licensed electrician to wire, and the gas line is planned to the cooking appliance you choose.
GFRC is a natural, porous material, so use trivets under high heat and expect fine surface variation over time. The result is a fixed, architectural outdoor kitchen rather than a lightweight cart, assembled on site and made in the USA.
