The Empire Carol Rose Coastal 60-Inch is a stainless steel outdoor linear fireplace built for a covered patio or an open-air gathering space. The flame runs the length of the burner over a bed of crushed glass, with an integrated LED lighting system set beneath the media.
A manual electronic ignition lights the burner with an AA battery, and three flame-height settings let you set the fire from high down to a low glow. The controls sit under a concealed tilt-up panel that keeps the face clean. The multi-color LED lighting offers seven colors plus two automatic color-cycling programs.
Per Empire, the burner produces up to 65,000 BTU. The fireplace is offered in 48-inch and 60-inch openings and in natural gas or propane. Crushed glass media is required and chosen by color, and weather deflector glass panels are included.
