The Fire Magic Aurora Built-In Outdoor Pizza Oven is a gas-fired oven module that drops into an outdoor kitchen island. It shares the same 31.25-inch cutout as the Aurora and Echelon 30-inch grills, so it can take the place of a grill bay in an island plan.
An 18 x 18-inch cordierite stone gives 324 square inches of baking surface, and thermostatic control holds a set point from 150 to 750 degrees F without constant adjustment. A ceramic-glass viewing window and interior light let you track the bake, and the flat-opening door holds up to 50 pounds.
Per Fire Magic, the oven produces 36,000 BTU with IPI ignition and flame rectification for a consistent start. A baking rack and a wooden pizza peel are included, and the oven is offered in natural gas (4600) or propane (4600P).
Ideal for: an outdoor-kitchen island with a 31.25-inch cutout, a hard-piped gas line, and a grounded 120V outlet within reach.
