The Fire Magic Aurora A540i is a 30-inch built-in gas grill with a shallower 19.5-inch cutout depth, which suits islands with limited front-to-back space. Three quarter-inch-thick cast 304 stainless steel burners sit beneath patented Diamond Sear cooking grids across 540 square inches of primary cooking.
An analog thermometer with a polished stainless bezel reads to 1000 degrees F, and the double-walled 304 stainless hood opens to a full 90 degrees on a spring assist. Two 12V halogen interior lights and back-lit knobs extend cooking into the evening, and hot-surface ignition with a flash-tube backup lights each burner.
Per Fire Magic, the three main burners produce 63,000 BTU; rotisserie models add an 18,000 BTU backburner with a complete kit. Choose all-cast or left-side infrared burners in natural gas or propane.
Ideal for: a fixed outdoor-kitchen island with a 32 x 19.5-inch cutout, a hard-piped gas line, and a grounded 120V outlet within reach.
